How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

How are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Processing times may vary during sales, product launches, holidays, and other high-volume periods.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or an error occurred during fulfillment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting your purchase.
What happens if my package is undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, unit, gate, and house numbers where applicable.
KA'OIR Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are:

Undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Refused by the recipient

Returned to sender by the carrier

Delayed due to address verification issues

Abandoned or unclaimed by the recipient

If a package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
KA'OIR Cosmetics is not responsible for lost orders resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If tracking indicates that your package was returned to sender, please contact CustomerService@kaoir.com for assistance. Also, speak with your local post office for immediate assistance. Reshipment requests are subject to product availability and payment of applicable reshipping fees.
No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to customer-provided address errors, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package. We do not issue refunds for shipping paid.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. KA'OIR Cosmetics ships worldwide to most countries, including APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses.
