YOU AND KA'OIR COSMETICS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

NO CLAIM MAY BE BROUGHT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, MASS ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING.

THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
